The Canadian Office of Maritime Technology (COMART) is an international corporation, founded to develop and implement essential maritime programs internationally.

 

Previous to 2000, programs were coordinated by the Canadian Coast Guard and Transport Canada.

 

Since 2000, Allan Morrison of Morrison law Barristers and Solicitors became CEO, headquartered in Toronto, Canada. COMART and its programs continue to be supported by the Canadian government.
